Taper Labs, Inc. (“Taper Labs”, “Tape”, “we”, “us”, and/or “our”) has developed these terms of service (“Terms of Service”) so that you could easily understand your rights and responsibilities when using Tape and its Service (“Service”). If you purchase or use the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
“Service” refers to Tape and Tape related services that can be used on any device, including computer, mobile devices, and other portable devices.
“Account” refers to an account created based on an email address and password or google account which are required to use the Service.
“Member” refers to users who visits Tape website(https://www.tape.ooo) and agree to Terms of Service. These users are classified as Workspace Administrator or Workspace Member.
"Workspace" refers to digital space where a group of users may access the Services
"Workspace Administrator" refers to a Member who represents all Workspace Members and is able to use all Tape management features including managing Workspace Member, deleting workspace and their access level and terminating Tape service agreement.
"Workspace Member" refers to a person who use Tape and have no specific management authority.
“Posting” refers to a set of video and audio clips or link composed of characters, pictures, audios and videos that are posted on the Service.
“Data” refers to any Posting, personal information, or other content or information provided on the Service.
“Link Share” refers to the feature that allows Members to share Posting through URL(s) with other Members or public.
Any terms not defined in the Terms of Service shall be listed in the Privacy Policy.
Terms of Service will be posted within the Service or on the Tape website so that it can be easily accessed by Members and those who visit Tape website. We may amend the Terms of Service within the scope of applicable laws. When we amend the Terms of Service, we will provide you detailed information about the amendment with reasonable prior notice of the date of implementation and the reason for the amendment. Notwithstanding the aforementioned notification, if you do not agree with the amended Terms of Service, you may cease using the Service and terminate the Terms of Service. If you continue to use the Service after the date of implementation, you will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms of Service.
If you want to use the Service, you must sign up for an Account first. By signing up for an Account, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service.
